• Evan has been a master plumber, HVAC electrician & boilerman for over forty years - a licensed contractor for over 30 years. He trains plumbers and HVAC technicians, runs dispatch and consults. He is the past administrator for Tradecraft University in Seattle. Evan is chairman of the Washington State Plumber Advisory Board.
• Norm is a multi-talented maintenance technician with decades of problem solving with all types of electrical & mechanical equipment.
